Registration Fees and Tuition
REGISTRATION FEE- No enrollment can be accepted without the non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $100 per student. There is no increase in this fee for 2013-2014. This fee is due, with all enrollment/re-enrollment forms for current students by February 28, 2013.
BOOK FEE- The Book Fee is $140. The fee may be paid at the time of enrollment but must be paid by Friday, May 31, 2013. This fee may not be added to your tuition payment as done in previous years. (Mary Mother of the Church Parishioners must remit the Registration and Book Fee in full-$240/student-by February 28, 2013.)

- One annual payment payable in the Parish Office on or before Friday, June 28, 2013. (A 2 1/2% discount is offered for one annual payment of the entire tuition.)
- Two semi-annual payments due July 2013 and January 2014 debited by FACT’s.
- Four quarterly payments due July, October 2013 and January, April 2014 debited by FACT’s.
- Twelve monthly payments due July 2013-June 2014 debited by FACT’s.
- All tuition must be paid by June 30, 2014. Any remaining balance will incur a $25 late fee per month left unpaid.
PLEASE NOTE: Current tuition must be paid by June 30, 2013 for readmission of students for the 2013-2014 school years.

The Catholic Education Office of the Archdiocese and St. Simon the Apostle Tuition Committee will be using the FACTS Co. to input the data of those families applying for the Archdiocesan financial assistance programs and St. Simon Parish financial assistance for the 2013-2014 school year.

- Students must be Catholic and attend a Catholic Archdiocesan or Parochial Elementary School or an Archdiocesan or Parochial High School. Private Elementary and Private High Schools are not eligible.

Parish Employee Endowment Fund (PEEF)
(This money is available through the generosity of an anonymous donor.)

- · Applicants must be employed by a Catholic Parish and work 1,000 hours or more during a fiscal year.
- · Students must attend a Catholic Archdiocesan or Parochial Elementary School or an Archdiocesan or Parochial High School. Private Elementary and Private High School students are not eligible.
- · Applications may be completed at www.factstuitionaid.com
Families meeting the above requirements may apply on-line for the PEEF Funds beginning in late January 2013 at www.factstuitionaid.com .
Only one application per child will be accepted. In a divorce situation, the application from the custodial parent will be accepted.

- Payment of the $30 application fee online
- Copies of your 2012 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your 2012 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
The Application Due Date is APRIL 1, 2013.
Failure to submit all of the required information by the deadline date may result in your family not receiving financial aid or limit the amount given due to incomplete information.

“Alive in Christ” scholarship applications for the 2013-2014 school year were made available January, 28, 2013; the application is attached under "Documents". Alive in Christ scholarships provide financial assistance to families who would like their children to attend a Catholic elementary school in the Archdiocese of St. Louis. Scholarship award amounts are based on financial need and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. The award criterion is stated on the application.
